South African Apache - A new Restoration Story

September 2009 -  I received an email from Mr Rob Orchard of Port Elizabeth to say he was about to begin a restoration of a very original Apache.  He has kindly allowed me to include the photographs and has promised to keep me posted on progress so check back for updates.

Here's the car as found in a Karoo barn.

It was parked up 24yrs ago after an accident, and here it is emerging onto the trailer, into the sunlight for the first time since.

A good wash and polish...

But sadly needing a little work at the front end...
